Hi, I'm Jackie Black. This work is personal to me. After years in the teaching profession—and my own experience with burnout—I came to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, and why so many people end up feeling this way.

What I didn’t realise at the time was that burnout was creeping in. Chronic tiredness, despite getting at least seven hours of sleep, frequent migraines, self-doubt, and mental exhaustion were just some of the warning signs I ignored. Then, in May 2014, I was invited to participate in a personal growth program. I said yes—and it turned out to be the smartest decision I made that year. Through the program, I regained my sense of power and self-worth, reclaimed my health and happiness, and experienced firsthand the power of personal resilience. Most importantly, I learned that taking care of myself first didn’t just benefit me—it allowed me to show up as the best version of myself for others. Now , I help parents, teachers, and professionals do the same. Because when you prioritise your well-being, you don’t just survive—you thrive.

After having come to this realisation, I decided to seek support. I found working on myself with Jackie to be profoundly rewarding. Thanks to Jackie’s coaching style and targeted methods of support, I have begun to regain my confidence and re-develop my self-respect. I have learn a lot about myself and, most significantly,
I rediscovered my core values and unequivocally rely on them to guide my everyday actions and decisions.
I continue to use the tools and strategies that I have learn from Jackie and I am well on the way to
re-establishing my former self-worth.

- Jacqui G,

While I could barely muster the energy to focus,in a surprisingly good few sessions I was able to focus long enough to have a real impact on other aspects of my life too.
I have jumped on board with a lifestyle program that is making a difference. Your sessions have given me tools that I now utilise to increase my brain capacity, clarity of mind and have contributed to the turn a round of my health and vitality. I'm not 'there' yet but I'm well on my way.
